When did the grim reaper first become known and famous to us? Death is known by many different names and figures but I’d have to say that the grim reaper, the one that is a ghost with a black hooded cloak and holds a sickle is my favorite. Every time I see the grim reaper icon it makes me laugh. What is a ghost doing with a black hooded cloak and a sickle anyway? If he were real and I saw him in real life I don’t know if I would be able to take him seriously.
