I love justifying things to make it seem like they are healthy when really they aren't at all. For example, I love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. It is one of my favorite places to go for dessert. They have these delicious caramel chocolate covered apples.
I try to tell myself it is kind of healthy because of the apple, but really I know that it isn't healthy in the slightest. Also, I try and convince myself that pies with fruit in them are healthy but I know that's not really the case. The worst one is chocolate. I try to convince myself that since chocolate comes from a bean it is healthy. That one definitely doesn't work.
