When you put shampoo in your hair, it makes it clean. You can tell it is clean because it is a little bit rough. The bottle says to wash your hair twice to make sure that you have it all clean. I don't ever do that though. I don't think I know anybody who actually washes their hair twice. I do if I just came from a campfire and have that smell on me but otherwise I don't. The conditioner only says to use it once. At least we aren't wasting conditioner. I think it is just a scam to get people to buy more shampoo.
