Tossed Salad with Summer Berries and Citrus Dressing

If you're a fan of blueberries and raspberries, here's a delicious way to celebrate the summer harvest:

Toss together:

Baby spinach leaves
Red leaf lettuce
Thin carrots, coined
Fresh English peas, shelled
Crimini mushroom caps, sliced

Top with:

Fresh blueberries
Fresh raspberries

Dressing:

½ Cup fresh orange juice
¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
½ Cup fresh raspberries
1/3 Cup olive oil
Dried red pepper flakes, to taste
Salt, to taste

Combine in small food processor bowl and process a few seconds until smooth.
